To cancel a service and stop future billing, log in to your client area at cp.adaptivewebhosting.com, go to Services → My Services, open the service, and choose Request Cancellation (immediate or at the end of your billing period). Submitting the request through your client area is the only way we can guarantee it is received and processed — we do not accept cancellations by email.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Whether you are eligible for a refund is governed by our Refund Policy. Please do not file a chargeback instead of cancelling.
