When you upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan, billing is prorated:
Upgrades:
- You pay the difference between your current plan and new plan
- Calculated based on remaining days in your billing cycle
- New features are available immediately after payment
Downgrades:
- Credit is applied to your account for the difference
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Ensure your usage fits the new plan before downgrading
