If your website is not loading:

Step 1: Check if Server is Up

  • Try accessing Plesk control panel
  • Check our status page for outages

Step 2: Check DNS

  • Use whatsmydns.net to verify DNS
  • Ensure A record points to your server IP

Step 3: Check for Errors

  • View error logs in Plesk > Logs
  • Look for 500, 503, or other error codes

Step 4: Check Application Pool (.NET)

  • Go to Plesk > Application Pool
  • Try recycling the app pool

Step 5: Check Disk Space

  • Verify you have not exceeded disk quota
  • Delete unnecessary files if needed

Step 6: Check SSL

  • If using HTTPS, verify SSL certificate is valid
  • Try accessing via HTTP temporarily

If issues persist, contact support with any error messages you see.
