Cannot log into WordPress? Try these solutions:
Forgot Password:
1. Click "Lost your password?" on login page
2. Enter your email
3. Check email for reset link
Password Not Working:
1. Clear browser cache and cookies
2. Try incognito/private mode
3. Reset password via phpMyAdmin:
- Find wp_users table
- Edit your user
- Set user_pass to MD5 hash of new password
Too Many Login Attempts:
- Wait 15-30 minutes for lockout to expire
- Or contact support to clear lockout
White Screen on Login:
- Rename /wp-content/plugins folder via FTP
- This disables all plugins
- Log in and reactivate one by one
