- Check the Junk E-mail folder
2. Verify MX Records:
- Your domain MX records must point to our mail servers
- Use MXToolbox.com to verify
3. Check Mailbox Quota:
- If your mailbox is full, new emails are rejected
- Delete old emails or contact support to increase quota
4. Check Content Filtering:
- Overly aggressive filters may block legitimate emails
- Review content filtering rules in SmarterMail
5. Verify Sender:
- Ask the sender to check for bounce-back messages
- They may have been blocked by spam filters
Provide the sender email address when contacting support.
