If you are not receiving emails:

1. Check Spam/Junk Folder:

  • Log into webmail at https://adaptivewebmail.com
  • Check the Junk E-mail folder

2. Verify MX Records:

  • Your domain MX records must point to our mail servers
  • Use MXToolbox.com to verify

3. Check Mailbox Quota:

  • If your mailbox is full, new emails are rejected
  • Delete old emails or contact support to increase quota

4. Check Content Filtering:

  • Overly aggressive filters may block legitimate emails
  • Review content filtering rules in SmarterMail

5. Verify Sender:

  • Ask the sender to check for bounce-back messages
  • They may have been blocked by spam filters

Provide the sender email address when contacting support.
