2. Delete unnecessary emails, especially those with large attachments
3. Empty the Deleted Items and Junk folders
4. Download important attachments and delete the emails
Long-term Solutions:
1. Set up email archiving
2. Use IMAP instead of POP3 to manage emails locally
3. Request a mailbox size increase from support
Default Quotas:
- Standard plans: 500MB - 2GB per mailbox
- Business plans: 5GB+ per mailbox
