To configure spam filtering:
1. Log into SmarterMail webmail
2. Click Settings (gear icon)
3. Go to Filtering > Content Filtering
Spam Settings:
- Low: Less aggressive, may allow some spam
- Medium: Balanced (recommended)
- High: Aggressive, may catch legitimate emails
Whitelist Trusted Senders:
1. Go to Settings > Filtering > Trusted Senders
2. Add email addresses that should never be marked as spam
Blacklist Unwanted Senders:
1. Go to Settings > Filtering > Blocked Senders
2. Add addresses to always block
Pro Tip: Check your Junk folder regularly when using High filtering to ensure legitimate emails are not caught.
