MX (Mail Exchanger) records direct email to your mail server.
To Use Our Email Servers:
Set your MX records to:
- Priority 10: mail.adaptivewebhosting.com
To Set Up in Plesk:
1. Log into Plesk Control Panel
2. Go to Websites & Domains > Your Domain
3. Click "DNS Settings"
4. Find or add MX record
5. Set Priority: 10
6. Set Value: mail.adaptivewebhosting.com
7. Click OK/Apply
Important:
- Remove any old MX records pointing elsewhere
- Allow 1-4 hours for propagation
- Test by sending an email to your address
