Causes:

  • Mail domain configuration conflict

Solutions:

  • Check if mail domain is enabled in Plesk
  • For third-party email addresses, try disabling the mail domain setting in Plesk
  • Verify the recipient email address is correct
  • Check spam/junk folders

"Could Not Send E-mail" Error

Solutions:

  • Check that allow_url_fopen is enabled in PHP settings
  • Verify email configuration in Plesk Mail Settings
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Form Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Test the form in preview mode first
  2. Verify all email addresses are correct
  3. Check spam/junk folders for test submissions
  4. Review Plesk mail settings for the domain
  5. Check domain error logs for PHP errors
  6. Ensure PHP is enabled for the domain

Note: Form submissions go through Sitejet infrastructure before being delivered to your email.
