✅ You can reset your FTP password yourself through Plesk! No need to wait for support.
Access Plesk Quickly from WHMCS:
- Log into https://cp.adaptivewebhosting.com
- Go to Services > My Services
- Click on your hosting service
- On the left side, click "Login to Plesk" (auto-login, no password needed)
Once in Plesk - Reset FTP Password:
Method 1: Main FTP Account (System User)
- In Plesk, go to Websites & Domains
- Click "Web Hosting Access"
- Enter a new password in the Password field
- Click OK
Method 2: Additional FTP Users
- In Plesk, go to Websites & Domains
- Click "FTP Access"
- Find the FTP account you want to reset
- Click on it to edit
- Enter new password
- Click OK
Method 3: Via Users Section
- In Plesk, go to Websites & Domains
- Click "Users" in the left sidebar
- Find your FTP user account
- Click on it to edit
- Enter new password
- Click OK
Password Requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers
- Special characters recommended
After Resetting:
- Update your FTP client (FileZilla, etc.) with the new password
- Test the connection to verify it works
