If your SSL certificate is not working:

Check Certificate Status:

1. Visit https://yourdomain.com

2. Click padlock icon in browser

3. View certificate details

Common Issues:

1. Certificate Expired:

  • Renew via Plesk > SSL/TLS Certificates
  • Let is Encrypt auto-renews if configured

2. Wrong Domain:

  • Certificate must match exact domain
  • www and non-www need coverage

3. Mixed Content:

  • HTTP resources on HTTPS page
  • Update URLs to use HTTPS

4. Installation Issue:

  • Reinstall certificate in Plesk
  • Ensure private key matches certificate

5. Chain/Intermediate Certificate Missing:

  • Install complete certificate chain
  • Contact support for assistance

Test Your SSL:

  • Use ssllabs.com/ssltest
  • Check for warnings and fix issues
